How to operate
-
1
Open OSCA
Sidebar → Service programs → OSCA.
-
2
Find the senior
Search by name. Their age shows in the list — anyone 60+ is highlighted.
-
3
New OSCA ID
Click + New transaction, pick type "OSCA ID issuance". Print the ID, laminate, give to the senior.
-
4
Replace lost ID
Same form, type "OSCA ID renewal/replacement". Add a note: "lost", "damaged", or "transferee".
-
5
Enroll in pension
For very poor seniors, type "Social pension enrollment". The home-visit team will verify, then they get ₱500 every month.
-
6
Centenarian benefit
For seniors turning 100, type "Centenarian benefit". One-time ₱100,000 from the national government, given by us.
Tips
- For a new OSCA ID, the senior must bring a PSA birth certificate (or baptismal, or passport). If they have nothing, an affidavit from two trustworthy people works.
- Birthday cake and Christmas pack distributions are also tracked here — pick "Birthday gift" or "Christmas pack" as the type.
Common mistakes
- Do not issue an OSCA ID without proof of age. If they cannot prove they are 60, ask them to come back with documents.
