Reports — for the Mayor and the auditors

The screen the Mayor checks every morning. The screen COA auditors look at. Pick a date range, see how many people we helped and how much we spent. One click prints it on official letterhead.

  • Who uses it:
  • MSWDO Head
  • OIC
  • Mayor
  • COA auditor

How to operate

  1. 1

    Open Reports

    Sidebar → Reports → Recipients & Services.

  2. 2

    Pick the period

Click a tab on top: Daily (today), Weekly, Monthly, Annually, Last Year, or Period Covered (any custom range).

  3. 3

    Watch the numbers

The four big numbers count up from zero — that's the system saying "yes, the data is fresh, here are the totals."

  4. 4

    Drill in

Click any program bar (AICS, OSCA, PWD…) or any barangay row to filter the whole page to just that slice.

  5. 5

    Print or save

Click CSV for Excel. Click Print for a paper version with the city seal at the top.

Tips

  • Pick "Period Covered" and choose any From/To dates if the Mayor asks for a specific event window.
  • The little wavy line near the bottom (sparkline) shows how many people we helped each day for the last 30 days. Big spikes are usually pension days.

Common mistakes

  • Do not screenshot the report for COA. Use Print — it has the official letterhead the auditor needs.
