How to operate

   Any word order

   Type cruz maria or maria cruz — both find Cruz, Maria.

2. 2

   Partial spelling

   Type casen — finds Caseñas, Casenas, Caseno.

3. 3

   Any capitalization

   Type SANTA LUCIA or santa lucia — same result.

4. 4

   By client code

   Type MSWDO-2026-0042 — jumps straight to that one record.

5. 5

   By barangay

   Type balangasan — every record from that barangay.

6. 6

   Combine filters

   After a search, click Waiting for funds chip — only this person's pending cases. Or Released chip — only what they already received.

Tips

• Type at least 2 letters — one letter is too short.
• If you paste a name from Word and it doesn't match — the smart-quotes might be hiding. Type the name fresh.
• Press Enter or click Search — both work the same.

Common mistakes

• Do not search for one letter (like just "a") — you'll get hundreds of results, none useful.
• Do not use the Find feature in your browser (Ctrl+F) for searching records — that only finds what's already on the screen, not the database.
